Site Surveys
  • Conduct complete site evaluation with a review of bordering property use
  • Interview property representatives (including owners, occupants, neighbors, etc.)
  • Visually inspect building materials and equipment that may contain asbestos, lead and PCBs
  • Examine multiple historical sources, such as historical maps, city directories and aerial photographs
  • Review one-mile radius regulatory agency database reports with maps
  • Analyze regulatory agency records by contacting local fire, health, building and water quality agencies
  • Investigate physical setting information, including geology, hydrology and site topography
  • Produce reports that include color maps and digital color site photographs
  • Provide recommendations with cost estimates based on thorough and precise conclusions
  • Maintain confidentiality of report findings
